Every four weeks, the LCBO places more than 100 wines on sale at discounts up to 20% off the regular price. The current offering expires on August 16, 2020.
Here are our top six picks:

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc ($16.95, reduced from $19.95)
New Zealand: Marlborough
From the famous home of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs, this is bright, crisp and refreshing with passion fruit, citrus and grassy flavours.
Appears regularly on the Vivino Best Under $20 lists.
Winemakers suggest serving with pan-fried sea scallops.
ABV 11.0%, 5 g/L residual sugar.
Gato Negro 9 Lives Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon ($ 9.90, reduced from $11.90)
Chile: Central Valley
Terrific value for this easygoing red wine which especially appeals to the more casual wine drinkers.
Aromatic aromas lead to a fruity wine, flavours of cherries, plums and assorted red and black fruits.
Soft tannins and low acidity, smooth and medium-bodied, the fruit has it tasting sweet but actually very dry (only 5 g/L sugar). ABV 13.0%.
Ogier Cotes Du Ventoux Rose AOC ($13.05, reduced from $14.55)
France: Rhone
A refreshing dry rose for summer at a great price from the increasingly popular south of France.
A classic Rhone blend (Grenache, Mourvedre and Syrah) yields light aromas of red fruit lead to flavours of raspberry, strawberry and melon in a light body.
Fresh with a nice balance, a great aperitif wine.
ABV 13.0%, 4 g/L residual sugar.

Small Gully The Formula Shiraz ($17.95, reduced from $19.95)
Australia: South Australia
If you like powerful, flavour-packed Shiraz wines in the New World style, this one is for you.
With a dark fruit nose followed by concentrated blackberry and ripe plum tastes from 40-year-old vines, this is surprisingly smooth with no alcohol burn.
Let it breathe first to open up and serve with barbecued meats.
ABV 15.9%, 3 g/L residual sugar.
Avelada Vinho Verde ($10.95, reduced from $11.95)
Portugal
One of the famous Vinho Verdes which are crisp, refreshing and slightly off-dry, affording great value.
Juicy green apple, pear and citrus tastes, this version is not overly acidic but off-dry with a spritzy finish.
Serve with grilled shellfish.
ABV 9.5%, residual sugar 15 g/L.
Vineland Estates Elevation St. Urban Riesling ($17.95, reduced from $19.95)
Canada: Ontario
Canada is making some great Rieslings, many are still acquainting themselves with this glorious grape.
Light and off-dry with peach, yellow apple and citrus flavours and a medium finish.
Its low alcohol makes it ideal as a hot summer day sipper or a great pairing with dessert.
