Canada Does Beaujolais And Kills It At This Price

13th Street Gamay

Price: $19.95

Vivino Rating: 3.6

Canada: Niagara

Using the same Gamay grape as Beaujolais, one sees a light garnet colour with fresh red cherry and toast on the nose. Fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel tanks showing the winemaker has great confidence in the grapes, vibrant cherry, raspberry and cranberry tastes with mushroom in a light to medium body. Smooth and easy drinking for a picnic including pate, soft cheeses and crusty bread. ABV 12.0%. Sugar 6 g/L.
